Looking for a roommate to move in for the xxxx school year. I am a senior at SDSU and would prefer another (21+) undergrad or grad student but I am open to others. Spacious two bedroom one bath apartment with a great location; two blocks from downtown, not too far from campus. It?s a quite apartment building for the most part. The rooms have hardwood floors and twelve foot ceilings with foot west facing windows. The bedroom is (11? 6? x 10? 6?) and has a large (9? x 4?) walk-in closet. There is a laundry room in the apartment. Lots of storage space; linen closet, entry closet space and an additional storage unit is included in the lease. Also underground parking is optional for a fee and is based on availability. Rent is $377.50 plus utilities and internet. Utilities are around $100 in the summer and $250 in the winter. Internet is around $60 a month (no cable currently). Around ($457.50 - $527.50) total a month. No pets. Must be approved by Mills Development (who require you to pay for a 20$ background check) and sign a lease. Reply if interested. ()
