im looking for someone who take over my room in two bedrooms and one shared bathroom ASAP. my lease until the end of OCT my unit include sofas, charis, tables, 42" Smart HDTV(cable TV Included), high speed wireless Internet, kitchen appliances, oven, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, HE washer & dryer, complimentary water, sewer & trash service, you only pay electricity shared with a roommate. you share this unit with 1 roommate the address is xxxx river dr, moline(quad city), IL, xxxx5 - 24 Hour State of the Art Fitness Center you can see more detailed information in the official homepage of this apartment. however cuz i will give you cash to deal with my room ASAP, you should contact me, not office actually only if the contract is more than a year, room rate is $550 for one room of two bedroom unit. but since my contract is less than a year, i have paid $700 per month. cuz i must leave this month, if you take over my lease, i will give you $500 so that you can pay just $450 a month for next two months. im really in a hurry. and if you wanna move in this month, you dont need to pay for rest of this month. please contact me directly via or text. above pictures are actual my unit and room. there are $25 appliacation fee and & $250 transfer fee( i will pay for you). no utility fee except electricity. and you have to deposit as much as 2 month rent fee but i ask office whether i can delay to get back my deposit until end of OCT so that you don't need to deposit. this is final cost for 2 month $25(application fee) + $xxxx(2month rental) - $500(i will give you in cash or office) + electricity fee(shared with roommate) *$250(transfer fee - i'm ganna pay for you) = $ 925 (for 2months including utility fee) + electricity( i paid about $20~30 when i use a unit alone, so it will be lesser than $20~30 because it will be shared with a roommate)
