Job Description A Real Estate Retail Sales Associate is a real estate agent who works in our retail office to discuss real estate needs with clients and potential clients. In this position, you will help clients through the home search process from browsing home listings, touring homes and submitting an offer. You will also help with the sale process of getting a home ready to put on the market and responding to offers. Although the majority of your work will happen at our retail office, you will also travel around to take clients on home tours.
